Can I pay for my clients’ trip from the The Vancouver International Airport? Top^
You may pre-pay for a trip from the airport. When the passenger exits, he or she would approach any driver and mention that the trip has already been pre-paid.
Will there be a wait for a limousine at The Vancouver International Airport? Top^
Since all of our trips are pre-arranged, there will be no waiting for you limo. The minute you walk out with your bags, your Limojet Chauffeer will be ready to escort you to your vehicle and on to your final destination in luxury and comfort.
Can I have a greeter waiting with a sign at the The Vancouver International Airport? Top^
Yes, this is a standard service included in all of our Vancouver Airport pick services.
Can I make a reservation from the cruise ship terminal? Top^
There is no need for a reservation from the cruise ship terminals. Please use the courtesy phone located just outside the main exit doors at either cruise ship terminal to call the Port Authority. Tell them that you would like a LimoJet Gold vehicle. They will ask for your name, the number of passengers and the ship that you disembarked from. You must use the courtesy phone, as this is how our limousine or sedan are released from the holding area. Without this call the Port Authority will not release our limousine or sedan and we cannot enter the pick-up area. Make sure to ask for a LimoJet Gold limousine or the Port Authority will send the next limousine or sedan in line, which could be from another limousine company who may charge considerably more than us. Please do not call the office and ask for the limousine or sedan as there is nothing we can do to have our limousine or sedan released.
Can I make a reservation from the ferry terminal? Top^
You may make an advance reservation from either Tsawwaseen ferry terminal or Horseshoe Bay ferry terminal. We do, however, ask that you phone us when your ferry departs to confirm its estimated arrival time. We require this confirmation call at least an hour before the pickup time or we will not dispatch the limousine or sedan.
Can I make a reservation from the train station? Top^
You may make a tentative reservation from the train station, but, due to the delays experienced by trains, you must call us when your train arrives. After we receive your call, we will immediately dispatch a limousine or sedan. By the time you collect your luggage and get outside, your limousine or sedan will already be waiting curbside.
How soon do I have to book? Top^
Due to the fact that we have a large fleet, we can usually accommodate bookings up to the last minute, leaving enough time for our limousine or sedan to get to your location. To guarantee service, it is recommended that you make your reservation a day or two in advance.
For weddings and graduations, we recommend that you make your reservation at least a month in advance.
What payment methods do you accept? Top^
Payment can be made to the driver directly by either cash or credit card. We accept all major credit cards. We also accept payment in US dollars, but please be aware that the exchange rate is at the discretion of the driver.
If you prefer to pay in advance, we can send you a credit card authorization form by either fax or email. Simply fill out this form with your credit card information, sign it and send it back to us.
Are gratuities required? Top^
Providing a gratuity to the chauffeur is completely at your discretion. Most customers offer a gratuity in the range of 10% to 20%.
How many people can your limousines hold? Top^
To or from the Vancouver Airport Authority, we take a maximum of 6 passengers in the stretch limousines and a maximum of 3 passengers in the sedans, due to luggage constraints. For cruise ship and Whistler trips, we recommend a maximum of 4 passengers in the stretch limousines due to the greater luggage that passengers tend to have for these trips. For other types of services, we can take up to 8 passengers.
Are there drinks or glasses provided in the limousine? Top^
Unfortunately, we cannot provide any drinks, although you are welcome to bring your own. Champagne glasses are provided for an additional charge of $15 + GST.
Do I have to book the wedding package or graduation package from my wedding or graduation? Top^
Due to the high demand for graduation limousines, we require that you book the package for you graduation. For weddings, you may choose to book a regular service instead of the wedding package, but please note that we cannot guarantee a white limousine without the wedding package.
Can I get a certain colour of car? Top^
While you can request a white, black, silver limousine, we cannot guarantee that you will receive that colour that you requested. We do try to accommodate all the requests. Exceptions are made for weddings, for which we guarantee the vehicle of your choice.
When is your office open and when do your limousines operate? Top^
Someone is always in our office to answer your call during our business hours (Mon-Thu 7am-11pm, Fri & Sat 8am-Midnight). Our limousines are also available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays.
Is there a set route for the sightseeing charter service? Top^
We do not have any set routes that the drivers follow when you rent the limousine for sightseeing. Where you go is completely at your discretion. If you are not familiar with Tourism Vancouver, all our LimoJet Gold drivers are very experienced and can recommend locations for you.
